مدة تجهيز الطلب / Order Processing Time

نقوم بتجهيز الطلب خلال 3 أيام عمل بعد تأكيد الدفع.
/ We process the order within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

مدة الشحن / Shipping Duration

الشحن يستغرق عادة من 3 – 7 أيام عمل حسب موقع العميل.
/ Shipping usually takes 3 – 7 business days depending on customer location.

تكلفة الشحن / Shipping Cost

• داخل المحافظة بسعر ثابت: 50 جنيه مصري
  / Fixed rate within governorate: 50 EGP
• شحن مجاني للطلبات التي تتجاوز 1000 جنيه مصري
  / Free shipping for orders over 1000 EGP

شركة الشحن / Shipping Company

نتعامل مع شركات موثوقة مثل بوسطة.
/ We work with trusted companies such as Bosta.

تتبع الطلب / Order Tracking

بمجرد شحن الطلب، سنرسل لك رقم تتبع لتتبّع شحنتك.
/ Once shipped, we will send you a tracking number to follow your shipment.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد / Return & Refund Policy

مدة الإرجاع / Return Period

يمكنك طلب استرجاع المنتج خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.
/ You can request a product return within 7 days from the date of receipt.

شروط الإرجاع / Return Conditions

• أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم / The product must be in its original condition and unused
• مرفق بالفاتورة أو إثبات الشراء / Accompanied by invoice or proof of purchase
• لا يشمل المنتجات المخفضة أو المنتجات الشخصية / Excludes discounted or personalized products

آلية الاسترجاع / Return Process

/ Please contact us via info@avc.pet or WhatsApp number 01202222117 to initiate the return process.

الاسترداد المالي / Refund

يتم رد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع خلال 21 أيام عمل بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه.
/ The refund will be issued via the same payment method within 21 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.

رسوم الشحن / Shipping Fees

رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد (إلا في حال وجود خطأ منّا).
/ Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in case of our error).
